About the Role

- Lead requirement workshops and secure stakeholder sign off
- Write clear user stories and specification documents
- Manage sprint backlog and validate stories throughout development
- Liaise between business and data teams
- Plan and execute UAT; support testing strategy and scripts
- Work in both Waterfall and Agile environments
- Oversee product releases and manage customer expectations
- Lead training for end users and internal teams
Requirements
- 8+ years in Business Analysis (Data/BI)
- Industry experience in Public Sector, Census, International Trade, or Socio Economic Analysis
- Advanced SQL and Power BI expertise
- Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing, Self Service BI, and Data Storytelling
- Expert in gap analysis, process mapping, mock ups, and facilitation
- Superior writing skills for concise, structured documentation
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Bachelor’s in Business, CS, Analytics, or related field
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) – Mandatory

The Role
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical data teams to deliver Data Governance, Data Quality, and modern BI platforms.
- Own requirements, backlog, and product value from concept to release.
