Job Summary

Requirements
- Qatar University graduate (mandatory)
- Previous customer service experience
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

- Family Visa or Freelance Visa preferred
- Valid Qatar ID (QID)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and customer handling abilities
