- Redesign methodologies relating to funding curves, liquidity premiums, optionality costs, and behavioral assumptions
- Define and strengthen governance between Treasury, Global Markets, and business units
- Transition profitability measurement to business owned frameworks and embed balance sheet costs into decision making
- Integrate FTP with RAROC and capital allocation frameworks to optimize risk adjusted returns
Requirements
- 12+ years of banking experience in Treasury, ALM, FTP, or Finance
- Proven experience designing or implementing FTP frameworks in large institutions
- Deep expertise in balance sheet optimization, liquidity management, and profitability frameworks
- Based in Qatar
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory

About the Role
- We are embarking on a major transformation of our Balance Sheet Management practices and are looking for a Business Lead to spearhead our Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) initiative.
Role Purpose
- Lead the design and implementation of a transparent enterprise wide FTP framework. You will drive the transition from a treasury centric profit attribution model to a business driven P&L management model, ensuring accountability across business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Framework: Lead the development and implementation of a consistent FTP framework and target state operating model.
- Methodology: Redesign methodologies relating to funding curves, liquidity premiums, optionality costs, and behavioral assumptions.
- Governance: Define and strengthen governance between Treasury, Global Markets, and business units.

Experience & Profile
- 12+ years of banking experience in Treasury, ALM, FTP, or Finance.

- Based in Qatar.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
