- Design and deploy training programs and strategic content
- Coach and mentor consultants while ensuring the quality of project deliverables
- Manage day to day client relationships
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities
- Contribute to business development efforts
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of consulting experience
- Experience leading and delivering large scale projects
- Ability to interact with clients and effectively communicate strategic messages
- Degree in a relevant field
- Experience developing and delivering presentations, training programs, and strategic content
- Advanced bilingualism required (English and French)
- Nice to have Anthropic Claude and Microsoft Learn Copilot certifications
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

What You Bring To The Role
- 3 to 5+ years of consulting experience.
