- Direct overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities
- Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for defined scope and schedule
- Ensure availability of subcontractors and major construction equipment at appropriate times
- Establish assignments for Construction Superintendents and monitor progress
- Manage assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and meet budget goals
- Ensure use of sound construction practices to attain required quality control
- Prepare periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities
- Ensure effective implementation of company and client policies and procedures
- Serve as primary contact with client representatives, subcontractors, and government representatives
- Maintain strong client and community relations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in construction related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 15+ years of experience in field construction
- Experience in construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction related processes and industry practices
- Proven leadership and management capability
- Good written and oral communications skills

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Construction Manager Utilities Infrastructure to join the team in Riyadh.
- Manage all on site field construction activities for a medium size project (250,000 to 2 million construction manhours or $50 $100 million total installed cost).
What You'll Be Doing
- Direct overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
- Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for defined scope and schedule.
- Ensure availability of subcontractors and major construction equipment at appropriate times.
- Establish assignments for Construction Superintendents and monitor progress.
