Company Overview
- Parsons is seeking a Senior Construction Manager (Roads) for the Qiddiya Project in Riyadh.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for acquisition, management, and handover of Right of Way for all infrastructure components.
- Work closely with land acquisition teams, legal departments, and client representatives to ensure timely ROW availability.
- Anticipate and identify potential ROW conflicts and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Lead and oversee all construction activities related to ROW preparation including site clearing, demolition, fencing, temporary access roads, and demarcation.
- Coordinate extensively with construction package managers to ensure ROW is cleared in advance.
- Manage and monitor relocation or protection of existing utilities within ROW corridors.
- Oversee contractors performing ROW works, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Act as primary point of contact for all ROW related matters, liaising with authorities, agencies, communities, and landowners.
- Ensure all ROW activities comply with Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, permits, and environmental standards.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for all ROW activities.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on ROW status, progress, challenges, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Highly specialized and experienced in construction management, particularly roads.
- Experience with Right of Way acquisition and management.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, and environmental standards.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
