- Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take offs based on engineering deliverables and tender requirements
- Identify cost saving opportunities through improved construction methodology, resource optimization, and value engineering initiatives

Role Overview
- To prepare accurate and competitive construction cost estimates for EPC tenders and projects, including quantity take offs, manpower and equipment estimates, subcontractor evaluation, construction methodology assessment, and risk identification, ensuring technically compliant and commercially compet
