Senior Commissioning Engineer - Electrical

Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner Liaise with contractors commissioning team in a professional manner Carry out site observations with respect to quality of installation Produce documentation to a high standard, including Site Observation Reports Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guideline Participate in meetings and workshops when required Technical authority and leader within the project team and division Support, mentor, and train colleagues Track completion of tasks, prepare lookaheads and trackers for project milestones Keep daily diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site Assist with commission ability design reviews when requested and produce high-quality detail-orientated documentation with recommendations and considerations
