Overview
- Manage all contractual correspondences including preparation, review, and submission of letters, notices, and formal communications to Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
- Ensure that all contractual notices (delay notices, claims notices, variation notices, etc.) are issued within the time limits stipulated under the Contract.
- Identify contractual risks, obligations, and entitlements, and advise project teams accordingly to protect the Company’s rights.
- Lead the preparation and submission of contractual claims including:
- Extension of Time (EOT)
- Prolongation Cost
- Variations
- Disruption and additional cost claims
- Review Contract Documents and project records to identify claim opportunities and contractual advantages.
- Maintain a comprehensive register for all contractual correspondences, notices, and claims across projects.
- Coordinate with planning teams to support claims with proper delay analysis (TIA, critical path analysis).
- Coordinate with commercial and finance teams for proper evaluation and substantiation of cost impacts.
