What you will be doing:
With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:
• CNC Machining Strategy Ownership: Define and own optimal CNC machining strategies for complex, high-value components including connecting rods, engine blocks, cylinder heads, and other large, machined parts across multiple materials and machining conditions.
• Advanced CNC Programming: Develop, program, simulate, and maintain advanced CNC programs for multi-axis machining centers, ensuring alignment with design intent, dimensional requirements, and manufacturing constraints.
• Shop-Floor Prove-Out & Optimization: Lead CNC program prove-out, commissioning , and optimization directly on the shop floor; independently troubleshoot , refine, and correct programs to achieve stable, capable, and repeatable production.
• Technical Authority / Mentoring: Serve as the senior technical authority for CNC programming within the machining area, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentoring to other programmers and manufacturing engineers.
