Role Overview
Aleph is seeking an experienced Senior Client Partner – Reddit Ads to grow its advertising business with advertisers and agencies across India.
The role combines digital advertising sales, client partnership, strategic solution development, and sales leadership.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Delhi, India, follows a hybrid work arrangement, and requires occasional travel to client and agency locations.
- The position is permanent and reports to the Country Head.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the key contact for major agencies and advertisers in India.
- Acquire new clients and develop acquisition and retention strategies.
- Identify expansion opportunities and take them through to close.
- Own the book of business, revenue forecasting, and operational rigor.
- Implement scalable processes to grow revenue and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on long-term customer partnerships.
- Work with product, sales operations, marketing, and regional stakeholders.
- Plan and participate in local marketing events.
- Develop sales talent and manage the vendor partner relationship.
- Provide feedback on sales processes, narratives, and products.
