Senior Client Manager, Large Corporates - General Insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the placement and management of corporate accounts for broking various classes of business on the Property and Casualty lines as well as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients.
- Accountable for consolidating and assisting with profitable growth and expansion of the client base within the region. Working closely with various teams and specialties with a focus on service delivery, client retention, and sustained growth.
- Strengthening and growing account relationships and managing relationships for large clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the client with a good understanding of each client's business and culture.
- Developing an understanding of client businesses by researching the industry or other opportunity analysis issues and preparing peer benchmarking studies for client.
- Developing and consolidating excellent working relationships with new and existing insurer.
- Understanding the risk profile, preparation of comprehensive risk submissions to markets, negotiating and concluding deals.
- Achieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that all client deadlines are met.
- Formulates innovative and profitable insurance structures and marketing strategies appropriate for the portfolio of clients.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of insurance experience, handling large corporate accounts.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
