- Drive new business by identifying potential clients, cross selling, and achieving annual targets
- Manage and retain the renewal base to ensure high renewal retention rates
- Support departmental KPIs and prospect lead targets as assigned by your Manager
- Maintain sales MIS and update data in salesforce and other data management systems
- Provide timely sales reports to your reporting manager and ensure compliance with systems and procedures
- Collect and record renewal information from clients effectively
- Effectively coordinate with colleagues and manage activities to meet department goals
- Assist with customer claims, queries, billing, and collections
- Stay updated on products, market conditions, and competitors to maintain credibility with clients
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective service delivery
- Monitor market dynamics to ensure efficient and effective work practices
