Senior Civil Site Engineer – Construction

Experience: 10–15 years

Hanswahini Group is hiring a Senior Civil Site Engineer with 10–15 years of experience in building construction and site execution.

The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, supervising contractors and manpower, coordinating materials and resources, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring execution as per approved drawings and project requirements.

• Manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Supervise site execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.
• Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity calculations, measurements, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor manpower, material consumption, productivity, and project progress.
• Plan daily and weekly site activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, site records, and documentation.
