Role Overview
Hanswahini Group is seeking a Senior Estimation, Billing & Tendering Engineer for government civil construction projects.
The role covers estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, tendering, and government project documentation.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is full-time and based in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Qualifications and Experience
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
- The role requires 10–15 years of relevant experience in estimation, billing, and tendering.
- Experience in government civil construction projects is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in government tendering and tender documentation is required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimation, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and billing is required.
- Strong knowledge of PWD, CPWD, and SOR rates and specifications is required.
- Experience with RA Bills, final bills, measurement sheets, and reconciliation statements is required.
- Candidates must be able to read civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
