Role Overview
Civil Engineer position focused on BOQ, BBS, estimation, quantity take-offs, and AutoCAD.
The position is full-time and office-based in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
The stated experience range is 2–5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, Bar Bending Schedules, and detailed civil estimates.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for RCC, steel, masonry, plaster, flooring, and other construction works.
- Prepare and check Bar Bending Schedules.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Calculate material requirements and project quantities.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Maintain estimation, drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors whenever required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of BOQ and civil estimation.
- Practical knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
