- Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for resolution of difficult project control problems focusing on housing and real estate projects
- Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides statistical reports
- Provides project and company management with necessary tools for project cost control
- Development of work breakdown structure, interfacing with all affected departments
- Analysis, evaluation, forecast, and reporting of schedule status against established baseline
- Analysis, evaluation, and forecast project costs and performance
- Coordinates staffing requirements, assigns and supervises project work activities, and trains personnel
- Completes performance reviews and provides personnel development for assigned employees
- Accumulates and accesses historical data for use in maintaining realistic basis for future planning and forecasting
- Develops or maintains system to show hierarchy of plans and schedules
- Customizes project control systems to meet specific project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of total related work experience
- At least 3 years on housing related projects
- Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite
