Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering with focus on construction management
- Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of transportation infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, highways, tunnels, etc.)
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles and design standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous

Job Description
- WSP is a renowned consultancy in the construction industry specializing in site supervision for road, tunnel, highway, and bridge projects.
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to work on a major roads & highways project in Riyadh.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering with a strong background in similar projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams in planning, design, and execution phases.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and consultants.
- Provide technical oversight during construction activities and conduct regular site visits.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance and control measures.
- Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to construction, safety, and environmental impacts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering with focus on construction management.
- Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of transportation infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, highways, tunnels, railways, metros.
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles, practices, and design standards.
