Role Overview
Senior Civil Engineer role based in Hyderabad and reporting to the Manager, Civil & Automation.
The role supports civil design and infrastructure development for solar tracker projects.
Responsibilities
- Design land grading, leveling, and terracing strategies for solar tracker slope tolerances.
- Build existing and proposed ground surfaces, alignments, and corridors using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Calculate cut-and-fill volumes to optimize earthwork and reduce construction costs.
- Design stormwater systems, erosion controls, and access-road networks.
- Coordinate tracker layouts with electrical and structural teams to verify foundation placement and rotational clearance.
- Review survey reports and provide RFI responses during construction.
- Perform grading analysis, slope analysis, and contour studies.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience handling Civil 3D software.
- Thorough knowledge of Civil 3D commands or an equivalent CAD environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of drafting and detailing standards.
- Very good communication skills.
