- Take site measurements and assist with installations when required
- Monitor material usage and report requirements to the supervisor
- Ensure work is completed within project timelines
- Follow health, safety, and workshop procedures at all times
- Coordinate with workshop and site teams for smooth project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in joinery, carpentry, or fit out projects
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, woodworking techniques, and installation processes
- Ability to lead, supervise, and train carpenters and workshop helpers
- Good measurement, cutting, assembly, and installation skills
- Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and workshop procedures
