- Prepare and manage quotations accurately and professionally
- Process and follow up on Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)
- Coordinate vendor registration and maintain vendor documentation
- Provide administrative support for furniture projects, including coordination with project teams, suppliers, and vendors
- Maintain project related records, reports, and documentation
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and administrative files
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Handle general office administration and support day to day operational requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to prepare professional documents, reports, and quotations
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in furniture, interior, or construction industries preferred

Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily administrative and project coordination activities.
- The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
