What you will be doing
Leading a team of Health Care Assistants, acting as a positive role model and trusted point of support.
Assisting with personal care, meals, and daily living tasks.
Administering medication (following training and guidelines).
Updating care plans and maintaining accurate records.
Delivering the highest standard of person-centred care, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for every resident.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic environment.
Supporting family members and visitors.
