As Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and supporting those around you. Your responsibilities will include:

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and heart to the role:
Experience in a senior care position (e.g. Unit Manager, Senior Nurse, Senior Carer or similar).
A recognised qualification in Health & Social Care (NVQ Level 3/4/5 or NMC registration – desirable).
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
A compassionate, professional approach with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and maintain high standards in a busy environment.
