Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Business Solutions and Digital Transformation strategy in line with enterprise technology roadmap
- Lead digital initiatives that modernise platforms, digitise processes, and improve user experience across investment and corporate functions
- Identify and deliver automation, workflow optimisation, and AI enabled enhancements with measurable business impact
- Oversee the enterprise application portfolio with a focus on integration, scalability, security, and governance
- Own the delivery, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications including ERP, investment systems, and workflow platforms
- Lead business process design and re engineering, translating operational needs into actionable system designs
- Drive legacy modernisation through cloud adoption, platform consolidation, and digital enablement
- Lead the identification and implementation of automation and AI use cases using structured methodologies
- Integrate AI enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, decision support, analytics augmentation into business solutions
- Ensure appropriate governance, transparency, and human in the loop controls for AI deployments
- Serve as the primary technology interface for business units, managing demand intake and delivery prioritisation
- Manage relationships with application vendors, system integrators, and digital solution providers
Requirements
- 12–15 years in IT, business systems, or digital solution delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record delivering enterprise wide digital transformation programmes
- Background in financial services, investment management, or sovereign wealth fund environments strongly preferred
- Strong expertise in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, AI concepts, and systems integration
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

About the Role
- We are currently representing a leading Sovereign Wealth Fund in Abu Dhabi to recruit a Senior Manager Business Solution to lead the evolution of its enterprise technology landscape.
- This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving digital transformation, application modernisation and AI enabled capabilities.
Strategic Responsibilities

- Lead digital initiatives that modernise platforms, digitise processes, and improve user experience across investment and corporate functions
- Identify and deliver automation, workflow optimisation, and AI enabled enhancements with measurable business impact
- Oversee the enterprise application portfolio with a focus on integration, scalability, security, and governance
Core Responsibilities

- Build and lead a high performing Business Solutions team
- Champion modern delivery practices, continuous improvement, and a customer first mindset
Requirements
- 12–15 years in IT, business systems, or digital solution delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record delivering enterprise wide digital transformation programmes
- Background in financial services, investment management, or sovereign wealth fund environments strongly preferred
- Strong expertise in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, AI concepts, and systems integration
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or certifications (PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, Agile) preferred
