- Define and own the Group Digital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap
- Lead business process re engineering (BPR) and operating model transformation initiatives
- Establish and govern a Group transformation portfolio, including prioritisation, milestones, risks and benefits realisation
- Partner with Group IT to translate business needs into technology enablement
- Drive change management and adoption, ensuring leadership alignment and measurable uptake across subsidiaries
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Strategy or related discipline
- Master's Degree (MBA / Digital Transformation / Strategy) strongly preferred
- 15 18 years of progressive experience in digital transformation, business transformation, strategy or large scale change initiatives
- 5+ years in a senior leadership or director level role
- Proven experience leading enterprise wide transformation programmes within large, complex or multi entity organisations (construction, infrastructure, industrial, or holding groups preferred)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities Strategic
- Define and own the Group Digital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap.
- Establish the vision and business case for transformation across subsidiaries and functions.
- Identify emerging digital trends, tools, and operating model innovations.
- Define and monitor transformation KPIs, ROI and value realisation.
Key Responsibilities Core
- Lead business process re engineering (BPR) and operating model transformation initiatives.
- Establish and govern a Group transformation portfolio.
- Partner with Group IT to translate business needs into technology enablement.
- Ensure transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities People & Leadership
- Drive change management and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor and change agent to Subsidiary CEOs, Group Directors and functional leaders.
- Build coalitions across a complex, multi entity organisation.
- Coach and influence senior stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Strategy or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree (MBA / Digital Transformation / Strategy) strongly preferred.
- 15 18 years of progressive experience in digital transformation, business transformation, strategy or large scale change initiatives.
