Responsibilities
- Lead end to end ERP implementation projects across government departments, from planning through go live and post deployment support
- Define project scope, governance frameworks, timelines and resource plans in coordination with stakeholders and vendors
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators and internal IT and business teams
- Drive business process analysis, gap assessments and change management to ensure successful adoption
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where required
- Ensure solutions comply with government IT policies, cybersecurity standards and data governance requirements
- Produce regular progress reports for senior leadership and steering committees
- Support training, knowledge transfer and capability building across government entities
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in IT project management
- Minimum of 5 years leading ERP implementations
- Hands on experience with major ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Prior experience in a government, public sector, or highly regulated environment strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of business process re engineering and change management
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required
- ITIL or ERP specific certifications are an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Role Overview
- We are currently representing a Public Digital Department to recruit an ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of enterprise resource planning systems across government entities.
- This role is central to the entity, ensuring ERP programmes are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with the organisation transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
