About the Role

- Prospect and secure new opportunities for Siporex Blocks, Wall Panels & Roof Slabs and related solutions
- Build strong partnerships with Ministries, contractors, developers, consultants, distributors, and other key stakeholders
- Own the project pipeline: lead qualification, CRM updates, forecasting, and conversion tracking
- Win specification/tender opportunities through consultative technical and commercial discussions
- Identify competitors and support strong pricing and lead time positioning to meet sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil/Architect Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of business development / sales experience in building materials (AAC experience is a plus)
- Strong market understanding of KSA tender and project cycles
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
