Job Summary
- SIPOREX is a leading Saudi manufacturer of Lightweight Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) since 1976.
- Seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build long term customer relationships across Jeddah and Riyadh.
- Support major public and private sector construction projects through innovative, high performance AAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of AAC/precast building material products in Jeddah or Riyadh.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and building material distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide weekly/monthly sales reporting.
- Ensure strong after sales follow up to support repeat orders and long term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience in construction materials, precast concrete, building materials, or industrial/engineering products.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a sales pipeline.
Technical / Behavioral Competencies
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple accounts/projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze market and competitor data.
