LCC Siporex Company is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to drive growth for aerated concrete products in Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for aerated concrete products (Siporex blocks/panels and related solutions)
- Map and analyze the Saudi market, including target segments such as Ministries, contractors, developers, MEP/finishing contractors, consultants, and distributors
- Develop and execute business development plans to meet annual and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers across main contractors, subcontractors, developers, consultants, and distributors
- Conduct technical and commercial discussions, aligning product capabilities with project requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and develop a healthy pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Forecast sales and report pipeline health, conversion rates, and target achievement
- Understand competitors, pricing structures, lead times, and product specifications
- Promote technical advantages of Siporex/aerated concrete
- Support product approvals and documentation required for tenders and vendor registration
- Identify and establish partnerships with Ministries, Consultants and contractors
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to expand market reach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil/Arch. Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in building materials (preferred: AAC/aerated concrete, cement/concrete products, insulation, masonry systems, or construction)
- Strong understanding of Saudi construction market dynamics and tender/project cycles in Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a sales pipeline
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil/Arch. Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in building materials (preferred: AAC/aerated concrete, cement/concrete products, insulation, masonry systems, or construction).
- Strong understanding of Saudi construction market dynamics and tender/project cycles in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a sales pipeline.
Technical / Behavioral Competencies
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English preferred).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple accounts/projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze market and competitor data.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling aerated concrete / AAC blocks/panels or similar masonry/building envelope products.
- Experience working with contractors, developers, and consultants on building materials specifications and approvals.
- Experience supporting vendor registration, tenders, and prequalification processes.
