We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Business Development Manager (Senior Bdm)
to lead our growth initiatives through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B professional with a strong track record in sales, relationship management, and executing growth strategies.
In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, lead complex deal negotiations, and build long-term relationships that drive revenue and support the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence and drive client acquisition.
- Identify, assess, and pursue new commercial opportunities across target markets and industries.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with prospective clients, existing partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to deliver tailored, client-centric solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform growth strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and client onboarding processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and driving best practices across the business development function.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of
- 7+ years of experience
- in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Solid understanding of market analysis, sales strategies, and partnership development.
- Experience using CRM systems and business analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while working both independently and collaboratively.
