Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow audiences across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics
- Strong Communication skills, with ability to create clear messaging and collaborate effectively
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and SEO/SEM practices is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on site in the Riyadh Region and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Background in B2B technology, software testing, or quality engineering domains is a plus

Role Description
- The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
- The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across TestCrew’s target markets.
- Day to day responsibilities include managing social media channels, coordinating online marketing activities, analyzing performance using web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- The role involves creating and refining digital content, collaborating with cross functional teams to align messaging with business objectives, and monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
- The specialist will also contribute to refining TestCrew’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
