- Optimize performance and support deployment activities in complex, high availability environments
- Configure and test integration components
- Monitor system health and document technical designs

Requirements
- Strong analytical skills for understanding complex systems and interpreting requirements
- Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve integration and system issues
- Software development skills including experience with modern programming languages, APIs, and integration frameworks
- Integration skills for designing, configuring, and maintaining data and process flows across heterogeneous systems
- Systems engineering skills to architect end to end solutions and ensure scalability and reliability
- Relevant experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., ESB, iPaaS), REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and cloud native architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Description
- The Integration Engineer is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems and applications.
- This role involves analyzing business and technical requirements, developing integration solutions, and ensuring reliable data flow across platforms using appropriate APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks.
- The Integration Engineer will collaborate with software development, operations, and quality engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and support deployment activities in complex, high availability environments.
- Day to day tasks include configuring and testing integration components, monitoring system health, documenting technical designs, and contributing to continuous improvement of integration standards and practices.
- The role also requires close coordination with stakeholders to ensure integrations meet security, scalability, and compliance expectations aligned with TestCrew’s digital assurance and engineering objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for understanding complex systems, interpreting requirements, and identifying integration impacts.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent integration and system issues in production and test environments.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including experience with modern programming languages, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills for designing, configuring, and maintaining data and process flows across heterogeneous systems.
- Candidates should possess Systems Engineering skills to architect end to end solutions, manage dependencies, and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Relevant experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., ESB, iPaaS), REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and cloud native architectures is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
