About the Role
ArabyAds is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the Saudi Arabian market.
The role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic client relationships, and positioning solutions for agencies and advertisers.
Business Development and Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to drive KSA revenue growth.
- Prospect and acquire agency and advertiser accounts while building a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Leverage relationships across the KSA agency, media, advertising, and digital marketing ecosystem.
- Own the sales cycle from opportunity development through negotiation, closing, and handover.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business development targets.
Consultative Selling and Client Solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Lead client meetings, discovery sessions, presentations, and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Develop tailored proposals and commercial solutions based on client needs and market opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to provide pre-sales support and align solutions with client requirements.
