Responsibilities
- Represent Ceffu with regulators, licensing authorities, and government bodies across APAC, EMEA, Middle East, and Americas
- Identify and close new business with hedge funds, asset managers, exchanges, banks, and family offices globally
- Own the full commercial journey from target identification through negotiation and close
- Build strategic relationships with exchanges, protocols, and TradFi players
- Channel structured market intelligence to product and leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years in BD, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships in digital assets or financial services
- Direct experience engaging financial regulators or licensing bodies across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven track record closing complex, multi stakeholder deals with institutional clients
- Solid understanding of digital asset infrastructure — custody models (MPC, multisig), staking, and CeFi/DeFi dynamics
- Strong network across institutional crypto, TradFi, and/or regulatory ecosystems

The Role
- We're looking for a Senior BD Manager who can engage regulators, originate deals, and own client relationships globally.
- You'll be the commercial face of Ceffu: credible with licensing bodies, sharp on deal structuring, and trusted by institutional clients.
What You'll Do
- Regulatory engagement: Represent Ceffu with regulators, licensing authorities, and government bodies.
- Deal origination: Identify and close new business with hedge funds, asset managers, exchanges, banks, and family offices.
- End to end ownership: Own the full commercial journey from target identification through negotiation and close.
- Partnerships and ecosystem: Build strategic relationships with exchanges, protocols, and TradFi players.
- Product feedback: Channel structured market intelligence to product and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in BD, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships in digital assets or financial services.
- Direct experience engaging financial regulators or licensing bodies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven track record closing complex, multi stakeholder deals with institutional clients.
- Solid understanding of digital asset infrastructure.
- Strong network across institutional crypto, TradFi, and/or regulatory ecosystems.
Nice to Have
- Background at a digital asset custodian, prime broker, or regulated crypto exchange.
- Existing relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, or Tier 1 exchanges.
- Familiarity with MiCA, MAS licensing frameworks, VARA, or equivalent.
