Our client is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven

Senior Business Development Manager (Russian Speaker)

  • to lead strategic growth initiatives and originate new business opportunities across international markets.
  • This role is based in Dubai, UAE.
  • This is a senior, front-line role for a hands-on professional who can independently identify, structure, and execute commercial opportunities while developing and managing long-term client and partner relationships globally.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the organization’s market presence, driving commercial performance, and delivering sustainable business growth.
  • About the Requirements
  • **Business Development & Opportunity Origination**
  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities across global markets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities across multiple regions. Lead negotiations and drive successful closure of complex commercial deals.
  • **Commercial Management**
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients and partners. Own and oversee commercial performance, including revenue growth and profitability of assigned portfolios. Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable business expansion.
  • **Strategic Growth & Market Expansion**
  • Build and expand a strong international network of partners, clients, and stakeholders. Develop strategic partnerships across priority regions, including CIS, Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities to support long-term expansion.
  • **Relationship Management**
  • Establish, manage, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and service providers. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term collaboration and business continuity.

About You

  • Proven experience in business development, international sales, or commercial roles within global markets. Strong track record of originating and closing high-value, complex transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance and driving revenue growth. Deep understanding of international business environments, market dynamics, and cross-border operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
