About Us

  • We are a UAE based healthcare platform licensed to support the registration, marketing, and commercialization of healthcare products within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Our vision is to build a portfolio of private label healthcare, medical device, wellness, and consumer healthcare brands through strategic partnerships.
  • We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager with proven healthcare industry experience, strong UAE market relationships, and a track record of converting opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard international manufacturers and OEM partners for private label healthcare products.
  • Develop strategic relationships with distributors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains, healthcare groups, and procurement teams.
  • Source and evaluate healthcare products suitable for UAE and GCC commercialization.
  • Build a qualified sales pipeline and drive opportunities from concept to commercial execution.
  • Lead negotiations with manufacturers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Work alongside regulatory teams to facilitate product registration and market entry.
  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and identify emerging healthcare opportunities.
  • Represent the company at healthcare exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Prepare business plans, forecasts, and go to market strategies for new product launches.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE healthcare industry experience.
  • Existing relationships with healthcare distributors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacy groups, and procurement teams.
  • Proven business development and revenue generation track record.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare products, medical devices, nutraceuticals, or healthcare consumables.
  • Experience working with international manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving licence preferred.

First 90 Day Deliverables

  • Identify and qualify a minimum of 20 international manufacturers.
  • Develop a target database of 100 UAE healthcare customers and distributors.
  • Present the top 10 commercially viable product opportunities.
  • Establish strategic discussions with distributors and channel partners.
  • Deliver a clear commercialization roadmap for selected products.
