- Manage and maintain pharmaceutical documentation, records, and databases
- Ensure compliance with UAE health authority regulations (e.g., MOH, DHA)
- Coordinate product registrations, renewals, and approvals
- Assist in inventory tracking, purchase orders, and supply chain coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
- Support audits and ensure all files are up to date
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical administration or healthcare operations
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements (DHA, MOH, or DOH)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Pharmaceutical Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our pharmaceutical division.
- The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
