Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, interior design, and building materials sectors
- Promote and sell granite, marble, porcelain, ceramic tiles, and other surface materials
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, interior designers, developers, and project owners
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer orders to ensure excellent service
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events
- Maintain customer database and prepare sales reports using CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2 5 years of sales experience in granite, marble, natural stone, or tiles industry
- Strong knowledge of building materials and UAE construction market
- Existing network of contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and interior designers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid UAE driving license

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in the granite, marble, and tiles industry to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our range of natural stone and tile products to contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, interior design, and building materials sectors.
- Promote and sell granite, marble, porcelain, ceramic tiles, and other surface materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, interior designers, developers, and project owners.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer orders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain an updated customer database and prepare regular sales reports using CRM systems.
- Represent the company professionally and enhance brand awareness in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the granite, marble, natural stone, or tiles industry.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and the UAE construction market.
- Existing network of contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and interior designers is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
