Overview
Drive new business sales and premium growth across the corporate segment (100+ employees) within the MEA region.
Develop and execute a new business sales strategy targeting corporates primarily through broker-led engagement.
Provide broker training and engagement focused on large corporate new business development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior brokers and corporate decision-makers across MEA.
Manage and respond to large corporate tenders, RFPs, and broker submissions.
Lead the end-to-end new business sales cycle, from opportunity identification through quotation, negotiation, closure and implementation.
Deliver high-impact sales presentations articulating products, pricing rationale, and value proposition.
Participate, coordinate and manage complex client pitches, beauty parades, and finalist presentations for corporate prospects.
Review claims experience analysis, including loss ratios, utilisation patterns, and risk profiling, to support dialogue with pricing and commercial positioning.
Collaborate closely with underwriting, pricing, actuarial, and medical teams to develop commercially viable and profitable proposals.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Monitor MEA market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
Contribute market insights to product, pricing, and proposition development.
Travel across MEA as required.
