What you do

  • Leads projects with transparency and efficiency, applying established project management methodologies.
  • Manages transitions between projects across Lines of Business Health Operations and end users, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal operational downtime through effective troubleshooting.
  • Develops business cases, statements of work, budgets, plans, and schedules, communicating them clearly and effectively.
  • Thoroughly understands client and stakeholder needs, challenges assumptions, evaluates projects for cost effectiveness, and ensures optimal solutions.
  • Manages and drives project schedules, risk and issue management, and scope change control.
  • May involve collaborating closely with Allianz and external entities in various countries to fulfill project requirements.
  • Coordinates and leads operational teams in onboarding strategic new clients or business units, ensuring operational requirements are met and processes are optimized.
  • Provides input for strategic opportunities and tenders, demonstrating Allianz Partner Health’s capability to meet requirements.
  • Supports and leads strategic, high priority projects involving multinational teams and external experts.
  • Prepares and evaluates business cases and assesses the strategic alignment of all projects.
  • Plans resource needs and ensures efficient use of shared resources according to project plans.
  • Facilitates change management processes to secure project benefits.

What you bring

  • Technical experience working within AzC Operations or Non Operational Departments for at least four years.
  • Project management methodology knowledge and relevant qualifications are desirable.
  • Third level accreditation from college or university.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Confidence in constructively challenging ideas.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity.
  • Proficient presentation skills.
