- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, outbound sales or appointment setting
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience making a high volume of outbound cold calls
- Confidence speaking with business owners, directors and senior decision makers
- Excellent objection handling, negotiation and influencing skills
- Native level spoken and written English
- Experience using CRM systems

- Basic salary of AED 10,000–15,000 per month (depending on experience and previous results)

Your Responsibilities
- Cold call UK businesses to generate new opportunities
- Speak directly with business owners, Managing Directors and senior decision makers
- Build trust and rapport quickly over the telephone
- Ask insightful questions to understand each prospect’s business challenges and objectives
- Position our services as commercial solutions that help businesses grow
- Confidently handle objections and keep conversations moving forward
- Book qualified appointments for our senior consultants
- Manage your sales pipeline using a CRM
- Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to maximise every opportunity
- Consistently achieve and exceed your weekly and monthly appointment targets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in B2B business development, outbound sales or appointment setting
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience making a high volume of outbound cold calls
- Confidence speaking with business owners, directors and senior decision makers
- Excellent objection handling, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to ask consultative questions that uncover genuine business needs
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional follow up discipline
- Resilient mindset and ability to remain positive after rejection
- Experience using CRM systems
