Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle to help us expand our clientele - You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

While you promote Unilabs services to new potential clients, the goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Role Responsibilities

1) Build and maintain relationships with system and non-system physician practices and hospitals to support clinical relationships with our healthcare facility through face-to-face meetings, facilitating provider networking events and support.

2) Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.

3) Prospect, identify, qualify, quantify and prioritize all potential referral sources in the assigned territory.

4) Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

5) Identify new business development opportunities in strategically defined territories, markets, and segments with the purpose of strengthening care coordination of clinical services and with the purpose of building comprehensive strategies that address consumer needs.

6) Represent Unilabs by providing excellent customer service both internally and externally, using our system for contact generation, follow-up, and tracking to ensure client’s needs are appropriately supported.

7) Leverage data and analytics from CRM, to grow existing and new referring relationships in the local healthcare market.

8) Analyze referral data to track and respond to trends, sharing insights and market intelligence with clinical leaders.

9) Tracks marketing initiatives and prepares status reports and business development leadership review.

Qualifications

1) Bachelor's degree 4-5 years in Business or working experience in a relevant role.

2) Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success.

3) Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

4) Exposure to multiple products and service within the Healthcare industry in UAE is preferred.

5) Experience in analytical data-driven thinking, problem solving and decision-making.
