About the Role
Unilabs Middle East is looking to hire a Junior IT Manager in Dubai. The role involves managing Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and supporting healthcare software systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user accounts
- Oversee network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, Wi Fi, VPNs)
- Coordinate with vendors for healthcare software
- Support systems such as Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), integrations with clients (JSON, HL7, Secure File Transfer), and Laboratory Machine Interfacing
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity
- Maintain IT documentation, policies, and asset inventory
- Assist with compliance and information security requirements (ADHICS)
Requirements
- Windows Server administration
- Microsoft 365 and Azure fundamentals
- Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, VLANs, VPN)
- VMware or Hyper V virtualization
- SQL Server basics
- Cybersecurity best practices
- ITIL processes
- Healthcare IT experience (preferred)
- Vendor and project coordination
