About the Role
Unilabs Middle East is hiring a Data Processor to manage sample registration, data entry, and report distribution in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Admin/Business and 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Ensure samples are received properly from messengers and register them in the Siglo system
- Perform physical count and logging of samples in spreadsheet, sort and assign racks
- Ensure data accuracy and proper sending of reports to clients
- Monitor samples in racks and communicate with uploading team for correct patient data entry
- Upload data from data processors, clinics, mobile collection and collection centres
- Prepare barcodes and templates for clients, ensure cleanliness in assigned section
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Admin/Business
- 1 2 years’ experience in a fast paced environment, whether this be operations, events or hospitality
- Experienced Data Processor or Data Encoder
- Language preference: English / Arabic is a plus
- Basic and advance Microsoft skills
- Superb soft skills with high motivation and good communication and organizational skill
- Good decision making and high strategic thinking
- Good team player, 70 WPM

Responsibilities
- Ensures the samples are received in a proper manner from the messengers in accordance to the guidelines, register the samples accordingly in the Siglo system, performs physical count and logging of samples in spreadsheet provided and sorting of samples assigning of racks in line.
- Ensures data is accurate, proper sending of reports to respective clients, monitors the samples in racks and communicate with the uploading team for the appropriate and correct patient data entry.
- Upload data coming from data processors, clinics, mobile collection and collection centres.
- Prepare barcodes and templates for clients, ensures cleanliness in the section assigned and checking.
Experience
- Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Admin/Business.
- 1 2 years’ experience in a fast paced environment, whether this be operations, events or hospitality.
- Experienced Data Processor or Data Encoder.
- Language preference: English / Arabic is a plus.
- Basic and advance Microsoft skills.
