Siemens Digital Industries is establishing Global Export Development to follow global industrial journeys, detect meaningful signals, connect Siemens capabilities, and coordinate scalable growth.
The role is based in Dubai and serves as the geographic orchestration node for the Middle East and Africa.
The position follows priority Chinese industrial customers and relevant industrial or project ecosystems across the region.
The role is not a China desk and does not promote Chinese EPCs or OEMs into unrelated local projects.

About the role
Siemens Digital Industries is establishing Global Export Development to follow global industrial journeys, detect meaningful signals, connect Siemens capabilities, and coordinate scalable growth.
The role is based in Dubai and serves as the geographic orchestration node for the Middle East and Africa.
The position follows priority Chinese industrial customers and relevant industrial or project ecosystems across the region.
The role is not a China desk and does not promote Chinese EPCs or OEMs into unrelated local projects.
Role focus
- Detect and qualify Middle East and Africa journey and project signals.
- Connect Siemens countries, verticals, technology units, domains, and the Global Export Development network.
- Create journey visibility and orchestrate growth while established commercial teams retain ownership of closing business.
- Coordinate across organizational boundaries without formal authority.
Candidate profile
- The successful candidate combines business-development instinct, industrial or customer understanding, ecosystem connectivity, and cross-organizational orchestration.
