Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of cluster strategies
- Responsible for business planning and commercialization of asset development and infrastructure assets
- Handle the valuation and pricing of lands and Build to Suit proposals
- Identify and analyze long range financial forecasts and 5 10 year business plans
- Prepare and present financial progress reports, forecasts and plans to senior management monthly
- Coordinate, advise and challenge overall budgeting exercise to align with strategy and annual KPI targets
- Monitor ERP system and provide recommendation plans for enhancement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
- Professional Finance qualification is preferred
