As a Senior Business Analyst within the Operational Efficiency team, you will help enable scalable growth across Sherweb by driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning business priorities, systems, and processes.
The Operational Efficiency team plays a key role in bringing structure and clarity to complex, cross-team challenges, ensuring that business priorities are translated into actionable, scalable solutions. The team partners closely with senior leadership to enable informed decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes across the organization.
In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders to shape, prioritize, and deliver initiatives across Customer Support and Marketing, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
In this role you will regularly interact with senior management, focused on driving clarity, alignment, and measurable impact in complex environments.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.
Partner with senior stakeholders to define problems, shape priorities, and guide decision-making
Lead requirements and analysis with a focus on business outcomes and value delivery
Drive alignment across teams with competing priorities (e.g. customer experience vs speed, operational readiness)
Facilitate discussions by articulating trade-offs and recommending solutions
Translate complex insights into clear, executive‑level communications
Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
Evaluate and support the implementation of solutions, including systems, integrations, and process changes
Act as a strategic liaison between business and technical teams

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior Business Analyst role
Proven experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments
Strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Demonstrated ability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and facilitate alignment
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues
Strong ability to synthesize and communicate insights at an executive level
Experience managing competing priorities and trade-offs across multiple stakeholders
Solid experience in business analysis practices (requirements, process modelling, workshops, etc.)
Experience working with enterprise systems of record, including CRM, ERP, and customer support platforms, with an understanding of data flows and integrations
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in both official languages (French and English)
