Why this role is important to us

  • The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role within the North American Consulting organization, focusing on data analytics, business reporting, and executive support.
  • This role involves driving operational analytics, monthly business reporting, supporting Consulting organization in conjunction with finance to manage P&L, revenue forecasting and budget process.
  • Close collaboration with VP of North America, leadership team, Finance Business Partner, Head of Business Operations & Strategy, Commercial, and others.

What you will be responsible for

  • Lead data analytics and reporting for utilization, forward load, capacity planning, and operational KPIs to drive business performance.
  • Partner with North America leadership and Finance to support P&L management, revenue forecasting, and budget planning.
  • Deliver accurate and timely business reporting, including monthly and quarterly dashboards for executive stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using data driven insights to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to visualize trends and enable informed decision making.

What We Value

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, business performance, or a technology enabled environment.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English Language) with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong technical proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SQL, VBA, macros, Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Comfortable communicating complex ideas in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • A naturally curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to grow and support others in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical or technical field is preferred.
  • Based in Toronto with the ability to attend the office at least two days per week.
