About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead data analytics and reporting for utilization, forward load, capacity planning, and operational KPIs to drive business performance
- Partner with North America leadership and Finance to support P&L management, revenue forecasting, and budget planning
- Deliver accurate and timely business reporting, including monthly and quarterly dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements using data driven insights to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Develop and maintain analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to visualize trends and enable informed decision making
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, business performance, or a technology enabled environment
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, SQL, VBA, macros, Excel, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to execution
- Comfortable communicating complex ideas to both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Naturally curious and analytical mindset with proactive problem solving
- Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related analytical/technical field preferred
- Based in Toronto with ability to attend office at least two days per week

- This role involves driving operational analytics, monthly business reporting, supporting Consulting organization in conjunction with finance to manage P&L, revenue forecasting and budget process.
- Close collaboration with VP of North America, leadership team, Finance Business Partner, Head of Business Operations & Strategy, Commercial, and others.
What you will be responsible for

What We Value
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, business performance, or a technology enabled environment.
