Work as a Senior Business Analyst in secure, regulated, and safety-critical environments where safety, assurance, security, compliance, and stakeholder alignment are central.
Support programmes spanning new build, decommissioning, asset management, operational improvement, and digitally enabled transformation.
Your role
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and digital adoption.
- Translate complex nuclear and secure-government needs into prioritised, traceable requirements and deliverable outcomes.
- Analyse processes and operations, facilitate workshops, and identify improvements aligned with client objectives.
- Lead end-to-end requirements development from business needs through user-level requirements.
- Develop transformation roadmaps and influence Agile practices, including participation in sprints, scrums, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to operational improvement methods and explore AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency and insight.
- Champion stakeholder needs and align development with business goals.
About you
- Senior-level consulting or business analyst experience is required.
- Existing nuclear-sector experience and understanding of nuclear delivery, safety culture, regulatory compliance, and assurance are required.
- Experience with security, configuration control, and multidisciplinary engineering, operational, and digital teams is required.
- Attained or working towards a Business Analysis Diploma.
- Experience in technology-led transformation, strategy, business design, change management, and Agile delivery.
- Ability to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria and communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Experience with Visio, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and requirements management platforms such as IBM DOORS, DOORS Next, or Siemens Polarion.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with interest in emerging technology.
