HR Coordinator - DNNP

Candu Energy Inc., an AtkinsRéalis company, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Nuclear Canada Human Resources team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality HR administration and employee support while working closely with HR Business Partners, employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.

• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, timesheets, leaves, and vacation inquiries.
• Support managers and employees by delivering accurate Human Resources information and administrative assistance.
• Administer employment verification letters and employee documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate employee status changes and maintain accurate records within Workday and assignment management systems.
• Assist with Workday transactions related to leaves, organizational changes, payments, and data corrections.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, HR Shared Services, and other stakeholders to resolve employee and system-related issues.
• Compile employee data, generate reports, and support audits and reporting requirements.

• Post-secondary school education in Human Resources Management
• Minimum two years' experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalits capacity
• CHRL Designation or working towards CHRL would be an asset.

• Knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP is considered an asset)
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
• Team oriented
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
